There are no adult classes currently on our schedule.

Join us for dynamic, come-as-you-are classes. If it's your first class ever or a gentle re-entry to movement. You’ll be guided through classes in a welcoming, lighthearted environment.

WHAT TO WEAR

​

Any attire that dancers can move easily in without restriction. Fitness pants and tops or dance leotards are recommended. Bare feet or the appropriate style shoes may be worn (i.e ballet, tap, jazz sheos).
